Alesia Atlas finds and explains great small-group tours. We are not the tour organiser: each trip is run by an experienced local operator, and you book and pay through our booking partner. Here is how it works, step by step.
- 1. DiscoverBrowse by destination, travel style or vibe. Every tour shows the price per person, the length, the group size and real traveller ratings.
- 2. Check every detailRead the full day-by-day itinerary on the map, what is included and what is not, where you will sleep, the cancellation rules and why we picked the tour.
- 3. Book safelyChoose a departure and send a request. We confirm availability with the operator and email you a secure payment link from our booking partner. Payment, booking confirmation and trip support are handled by the partner and the operator.
What happens after you send a request
- You get an email right away with a link to follow your request. No payment is taken at this point.
- We check the spaces and the final price with the operator, usually within one business day.
- You receive a payment link. You pay the deposit or full amount on the booking partner’s secure checkout, and they send your confirmation.
- Before departure the operator sends your joining instructions and emergency contacts.
Who does what
- Alesia Atlas — selects and describes tours, answers your questions and helps with your request.
- Booking partner — takes the payment, issues the booking confirmation and handles changes and refunds under the tour’s terms.
- Tour operator — organises and runs the trip: guides, transport, accommodation and support on the ground.
