These Terms of Use apply to your use of alesia-atlas.pro, operated by — (“Alesia Atlas”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms.
1. What we do — and what we don’t
Alesia Atlas is an online travel marketplace. We present multi-day tours from independent tour operators and help you book them through our booking partner TourRadar.
Alesia Atlas is not the organiser of any tour and does not sell package travel in its own name. The organiser of each tour, within the meaning of the EU Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302, is the tour operator shown in the Partners section of the tour page. Your travel contract is made directly with that tour operator and/or TourRadar, under their booking conditions, which are shown to you before you pay.
2. Information on tour pages
Tour descriptions, itineraries, photos, prices and availability come from the tour operators and our booking partner. We present them with care, but we cannot guarantee that they are complete, current or error-free. The binding description and price are the ones confirmed at checkout.
3. Prices
Prices shown on alesia-atlas.pro are per person, in the currency stated, and may change at any time, including between your visit and your booking. The final price, including any taxes and fees, is shown on the secure booking page of our partner before you pay. Payment is never taken on our website.
4. Booking requests and payment links
When you send a booking request, we check availability with the tour operator and send you a secure payment link from TourRadar. Sending a request is free and does not oblige you to book. A booking is only confirmed once you complete payment on the partner’s checkout and receive their confirmation.
5. Cancellations, changes and complaints
Cancellations, changes, refunds and complaints about a tour are governed by the booking conditions of the tour operator and TourRadar. The cancellation policy is shown on each tour page. We are happy to help you contact the right partner: —.
6. Your obligations
- Provide correct and complete information when you send a request.
- Check passport, visa and health requirements for your trip. Our notes on tour pages are general guidance only.
- Do not misuse the site, for example by automated scraping, attempts to break security or posting unlawful content.
7. Affiliate links
We earn a commission from some partner links and bookings. This never changes the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Intellectual property
The design, texts and logos of Alesia Atlas are protected. Tour content and photos belong to the respective tour operators and are used with their permission. You may not copy content from this site for commercial use without permission.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. We are not liable for the performance of tours, which is the responsibility of the tour operator as organiser. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.
10. Links to other websites
We link to partner websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please contact us first at —; we aim to solve every issue directly.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of —. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your use applies.
