This seven-day hiking trip explores Cappadocia's valleys, cave churches and underground cities on foot, with time in Goreme, Uchisar, Ortahisar and Ihlara Canyon. You'll walk 6–14 km each day on varied trails, visit Derinkuyu Underground City, and have the option to add a hot-air balloon flight. A welcome meeting, a Turkish bath and a cultural evening are included.

Arrive in Cappadocia and meet your guide and group at a 6 pm welcome meeting in Goreme. After a short briefing, take an orientation walk through Goreme town to get your bearings. An optional group dinner with pottery kebab is available if you'd like to join.

Hike 10–12 km through Red and Rose Valleys, passing fairy chimneys, rock-cut churches and coloured cliffs. Pause at a valley café for a snack, then continue to the Red Valley panoramic viewpoints. The afternoon includes a Turkish bath session to ease tired muscles.

Drive to Ihlara Valley for a 12–14 km riverside trek along the Melendiz River. The trail threads through lush greenery and sheer cliffs, revealing rock-cut churches, cave dwellings and frescoed chapels from early Christian communities. Several riverside cafés offer rest stops along the way.
